RevDev Does City of 1,000 Easels

This past weekend I had the pleasure of participating in Asheville’s annual ‘City of 1,000 Easels’ event. The event gathers up a bunch of Asheville’s fine local artists (we have many) and positions them around the downtown area so that passersby may witness them in action. 

It was my first live painting event, so I went into it not really sure what to do and not really sure what to expect. I generally don’t work well with people watching, but once I got into my groove, I managed to forget that I was standing out in the middle of town with people watching me do my thing.

Overall, it was a really great experience and I think it helped me gain a little more attention for my art and my gallery space over at ZaPow.
